Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery within South Africa, excluding heavy or bulk items.
• Free delivery is via contracted couriers (72–96 hours) or PostNet outside Plettenberg Bay, and within 24 hours locally during weekdays.
• Orders under R1500 incur a R175 delivery fee outside Plettenberg Bay.
• Heavy/bulk item delivery quotes available via orders@neighatthebay.co.za.
• Returns are for the purchaser’s account unless faulty or incorrect due to seller error.
• Deliveries are processed Monday–Friday (8:00–17:00). Weekend/public holiday orders dispatch next working day.
• Regional/rural deliveries may take an additional 72 hours.
Returns & Refunds Policy (7-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to return any product purchased online within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
The cost of return shipping will be for the customer’s account, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was supplied.
